How long does company registration take?

Usually 3–5 business days after we receive all necessary documents and information. With the expedited procedure — 1–2 days (with an additional Commercial Register state fee).

Do I have to register the company in person?

No — the entire process is fully remote. Documents are signed electronically with eParaksts or an eID card. You don’t have to visit any office.

Can you help choose between a limited company (SIA) and a sole proprietorship (IK)?

Yes — that’s one of the most common questions. We’ll analyse your planned income, type of activity and calculate the tax burden for both options so you can make an informed decision.

How does a tax consultation work?

We meet online in a video call or assess the situation in writing. After the consultation you receive a written summary with concrete recommendations — no generic phrases.

Do I have to sign a long‑term contract?

No. You can use a single service (e.g., just company formation) with no further obligation. For ongoing cooperation, the relationship can be terminated with 1 month’s prior notice.
